Railway Clerk Vacancy 2024 Details
Name of the Posts:
- Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk – 2022 vacancies
- Accounts Clerk Cum Typist – 361 vacancies
- Trains Clerk – 990 vacancies
- Junior Clerk Cum Typist – 72 vacancies
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed 12th standard or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The 50% mark requirement is waived for SC/ST candidates, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, Ex-servicemen, and those who hold qualifications higher than the 12th standard. Proficiency in typing in English or Hindi on a computer is required.
Age Limit
Eligible candidates should be between 18 years to 33 years of age. Age relaxation is as per government rules.
Application Fee
For all candidates: Rs. 500/- ( 400 Rupees will be refunded after deducting bank charges upon appearing for the 1st Stage CBT).
For PwBD, Female, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST, Minority Communities, and Economically Backward Class candidates: Rs. 250/- (This amount will be refunded, after deducting bank charges, upon appearing for the 1st Stage CBT).
