The constable recruitment examination was conducted by the Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) on 7, 11, 18, 21, 25 and 28 August 2024 at the designated examination centers throughout the state. Bihar Police Constable Physical Test 2024
To be successful in the physical test, male candidates who come from the General or BC category, their minimum height should be 165 cm, chest should be 81 without inflating and 86 cm without inflating. Apart from this, the minimum length of EBC, SC and ST is required to be 160 cm and the chest should be 79 cm without inflating and 84 cm without inflating. The minimum height of female candidates has been fixed at 155 cm.
Male candidates will have to complete 1.6 km race in 6 minutes and female candidates will have to complete 1 km race in 5 minutes. Similarly, male candidates will have to jump 4 feet in the long jump and female candidates will have to jump 3 feet. The male candidate will have to throw a 16-pound sphere of 16 feet and the female candidate will have to throw a 12-pound sphere of 12 feet.
