Samagra Shiksha Recruitment 2024: The Samagra Shiksha, Assam (SSA) has announced a recruitment drive for 147 Academic Resource Person (ARP) positions under Samagra Shiksha, Axom on a contractual basis. Online applications will be accepted from October 30, 2024, to November 13, 2024. These temporary positions will not be regularized under Samagra Shiksha Axom, nor absorbed into any government job or program in Assam in the future. Individuals hired will have no rights to claim permanent absorption in any government or Samagra Shiksha, Assam posts.

Samagra Shiksha Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
Candidates must have a minimum graduation qualification along with a diploma in Career Counseling, a PG Diploma in Counseling, or a Master’s degree in Psychology (preferred). A minimum of one year of experience in providing career or educational counseling to students in schools is preferred.
Note: For graduates with a diploma, at least 5 years of teaching or counseling experience is required. For candidates with a Master’s degree, 1 year of relevant experience is sufficient.
Age Limit
The candidate must be at least 18 years old and no older than 62 years as of January 1, 2024. The age of candidates will be determined based on the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Council or Board. No other documents will be accepted as a substitute for these.

Only eligible candidates must appear for the test/interview, with the exact date to be communicated separately. Candidates must be in good mental and physical health, free from any condition that could hinder their ability to perform the duties of the position effectively.
The exact date and time of the test/interview will be provided separately to shortlisted candidates. The marking criteria will cover areas such as General Awareness, Personality & Aptitude, Subject Knowledge, Relevant Experience, etc., for the post. Candidates must score at least 50% of the total marks in the interview to be considered for shortlisting.
