Application Fee
Candidates from the UR, EWS, and OBC (NCL) categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹200 (plus any applicable convenience fees and taxes). However, ST, SC and PwBD categories candidates are exempt from this fee. Payment can be made online using a credit card, debit card, net banking, Paytm, wallet, or UPI.
GAIL Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
Only candidates who meet all eligibility criteria, as indicated in their submitted online application, will be considered for further selection. Depending on the number of eligible candidates, the selection process may involve one or multiple stages. The process will involve group discussions and/or interviews conducted by the Selection Committee.
The selection process will be consistent across all positions, with the exception of Senior Officer (F&S), Officer (Security), and Officer (Official Language).
The minimum qualifying marks required in the interview are set at 60% for UR, OBC (NCL), and EWS categories, and 55% for SC, ST, and PwBD categories. For the Group Discussion, Proficiency Test, Physical Fitness Test (where applicable), or any other assessment tool used to evaluate skills and competencies, the minimum qualifying marks are 40% for UR, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates, and 35% for ST, SC and PwBD candidates.
