Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a university, institution, or board recognized by the Government. The degree must be completed on or before November 1, 2024. Candidates who are awaiting results or currently pursuing their degrees are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Applicants must not exceed 26 years of age as of November 1, 2024. Only candidates born on or after November 2, 1998, are eligible to apply. A relaxation of 5 years is provided for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a competitive starting salary of ₹24,050 per month, with growth opportunities based on the career progression scale. The total Cost to Company (CTC) for CSAs in metro centers is around ₹59,000 per month, which includes House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and other benefits in accordance with the bank’s policies.
Examination Structure
The examination will consist of 200 questions, carrying a total of 200 marks, with a duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. All questions will be presented in English and will have five answer options each.
The online examination will be divided into the following sections:
- Reasoning
- English Language
- Computer Knowledge
- General Awareness (with an emphasis on the Banking Industry)
- Numerical Ability
