Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024: The Central Bank of India has released a notification for the recruitment of 253 Specialist Officers on regular basis. The eligible candidates have to apply online by December 3, 2024. As per the Central Bank of India recruitment notification, the selected candidates will have probation for a tenure of 2 years. The probation can be extended by another year depending on the performance of the candidates.

Educational Qualification
The candidates should have proficiency in the software courses mentioned in the notification. The candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant discipline, BE, BTech, MCA and diploma courses in the relevant discipline depending on the post.
Age Limit
For Scale-I posts, the age limit should be between 23-27 years. The age limit for Scale-II posts should be 27-33 years, for Scale-III posts it is 30-38 years and for Scale-IV posts it is 34-40 years.
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹175 + GST for SC/ST/PWBD candidates and women applicants, while all other candidates are required to pay ₹850 + GST.
Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection process will consist of an online platform test or scenario-based test, followed by a personal interview.
For Developer posts: The examination will include an online coding test lasting approximately 3.5 hours. Candidates will spend the first 30 minutes working on paper (without computers), followed by 3 hours of coding on computers.
For all other posts: An Objective (MCQ) test will be conducted using OMR sheets and the OBRIC system. The test will comprise 50 objective-type questions and will have a duration of 2 hours. There will be no negative marking, and the test will be conducted in English.
The pay scale ranges from Rs 48,000 to Rs 1.20 lakh, depending on the posts. The selected candidates will be posted in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
