India Post has released merit lists for the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) positions. These merit lists are based on the marks obtained or the conversion of grades/points into marks from the 10th class examination.

Candidates selected in the 3rd merit list will be called for document verification. During this process, they must submit an undertaking confirming their liability in case of providing any false or incorrect information. The format for this undertaking is provided in the notification.
Shortlisted candidates will have 15 days to submit their documents for verification. If a candidate fails to report to the Verifying Authority within this 15-day period, they will be considered as ‘Non-turned up,’ and their candidature will be automatically rejected. Upon successful document verification, the candidate will receive an offer of provisional engagement.

- Merit List Preparation: India Post will create a merit list to shortlist candidates based on their performance in the class 10th examination.
