Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024, candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old and meet the educational qualifications specific to their chosen trade or discipline. For Graduate Apprentice roles, applicants should hold a degree in fields like B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.B.A, B.E, or B.Tech. Those applying for Diploma Apprentice positions must have a diploma in the relevant engineering discipline. Trade Apprentice candidates should have completed either their 10th or 12th standard, while others must hold a one or two-year ITI certificate, depending on the trade.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates should be between 18-24 years. The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates will be 5 years, OBC will be 3 years and PWD candidates will be 10 years.
ONGC Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
The selection will be merit-based, determined by the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, as outlined in the advertisement. In the event of a tie in merit, the candidate with the higher age will be given preference. Original documents will be verified before the joining date.
ONGC Apprentice Salary 2024
If selected for these jobs, the salary will be Rs 9,000 monthly for the graduate apprentice, Rs 8,500 for the diploma apprentice and Rs 7,000 to Rs 8,500 for the trade apprentice.
